Addition Transforms the Street Presence of a DiLido Island Residence
The owners of this 1940's era residence required a second story master suite with views of downtown Miami. The client wanted a complete transformation in keeping with its prestigious location on DiLido Island. An innovative structural steel system was used for its ability to overcome limitations in the existing structure. The renovated residence provides a pleasant street presence in harmony with the neighborhood.
