This 4,500 square foot apartment in a newly constructed hi-rise tower takes advantage of dramatic views of the Atlantic. The entire space was reconfigured and redesigned with new bathrooms, a new custom kitchen, and other amenities. The minimalist design and careful attention to every detail, honors the spectacular setting.
